She currently excels as a lead teacher with the Department of Juvenile Justice, where her broad experience spans notable districts such as Muscogee County Public Schools and Clayton County Public Schools. Arisha's dedication and outstanding performance in her field were recognized when she was honored with the prestigious Teacher of the Year award.


Beyond her professional commitments, Arisha is deeply involved in community service. She has a rich history of volunteering with the elderly and providing after-school tutoring to students in need. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to operate a personal care home, further showcasing her commitment to nurturing others. Drawing on her background as a former social worker, Arisha incorporates a unique empathetic approach to education, ensuring that each student feels not only educated but also supported and valued.


Arisha's academic credentials are impressive, holding a Bachelor's, Master's, and Educational specialist degree. These accomplishments were all achieved while she fulfilled her roles as a devoted wife and mother of two, and she cherishes her role as a proud grandmother of two. Arisha's life is a testament to her unwavering dedication to education, family, and community, serving as an inspiring example of leadership and commitment in every facet of her life.
