Sue Davis

Ms. Sue Davis boasts a distinguished career punctuated by academic excellence and professional leadership. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Southwestern University with a BS in Accounting in 1981 and further honed her expertise by completing a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) with a focus on Management at the same university in 1993. Sue's academic pursuits laid a strong foundation for her subsequent professional achievements.

In 1997, after receiving her Certified Public Accountant license, Sue transitioned from the Sumter County Health Department to the Middle Flint Area Community Service Board, where she served with distinction as the Chief Financial Officer. After a rewarding 26-year tenure, she opted for retirement, embracing the quieter pleasures of life, including sleeping late, indulging in her love of reading, and enjoying classic Western films.

Recently, Ms. Davis has re-entered the professional sphere, undertaking consulting work with Genesis Professional Counseling and Consulting Services. This new chapter leverages her extensive financial experience and management skills, contributing significantly to the organization's mission and growth.
